This individual is responsible for building and managing key relationships, supporting clinical site readiness and execution, and driving appropriate use of Orca Bio’s investigational therapies. The OTAM plays a central role in creating a smooth and effective experience for clinical sites, physicians, and other healthcare stakeholders. This is a high-impact, field-based role that requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution. It offers the opportunity to help shape how groundbreaking therapies are delivered to patients who need them most.\n\n\n\nEssential Duties & Key Responsibilities\n* Build and Strengthen ATC Relationships\n* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned ATCs.\n* Develop deep, trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders (including clinicians, operational leads, and executives).\n* Maintain detailed account profiles and insight-driven strategic plans for each site.\n* Coordinate ATC Operations\n* Lead site onboarding activities including qualification, training, and workflow setup. \n* Serve as the on-the-ground expert for logistics and operational readiness, from patient referral through product administration.\n* Oversee activities related to product handling, including Chain of Identity (COI) and Chain of Custody (COC) compliance.\n* Support Clinical and Commercial Engagement\n* Educate site personnel on Orca Bio’s investigational therapies, relevant clinical data, and patient eligibility pathways.\n* Work closely with cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Market Access, Quality, Marketing) to support ATC needs and resolve barriers to treatment.\n* Facilitate communication of the latest scientific and operational updates to ATCs.\n* Drive Utilization and Insights\n* Analyze account performance and proactively identify opportunities to optimize site engagement and therapy utilization.\n* Gather and share key market insights and feedback from ATCs with internal stakeholders to help inform strategy and operations.\n* Represent Orca Bio at key conferences and professional meetings as needed.\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n* Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required; advanced degree in a scientific or business field preferred.\n* Minimum 8-10 years of experience in healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry preferably in cell therapy. \n* Proven track record in account management, preferably in oncology, hematology, or cell therapy.\n* Strong operational understanding of academic medical centers or transplant centers.\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n* MBA or related advanced degree.\n* 5+ years of experience in hematology/oncology or bone marrow transplantation.\n* Previous experience launching or supporting cell or gene therapy products.\n* Familiarity with site operations, patient access pathways, and clinical treatment logistics.\n* Prior experience working in cross-functional field-based teams.\n\n\n\nTravel Requirements\n* Willingness to travel up to 50%, including occasional international travel, based on business needs.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe anticipated annual salary range for this job is based on prior experience in the role/industry, education, location, internal equity, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. For remote-based positions, this range may vary based on your local market.
