You will:* Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure tools and services in Rust\n* Own CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment automation\n* Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure scalable and resilient systems\n* Optimize infrastructure for performance, cost, and security\n* Help shape internal developer experience and workflows\n\nRequirements:* At least 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering\n* Strong proficiency in Rust\n* Experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar)\n* Proficiency with containerization, orchestration, and observability tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, etc.)\n* Obsessive about reliability, automation, and elegant internal tooling\n* Very fluent in English\n\nWhat you’ll get:* Generous ownership & stake in the company.
