We are an international team of more than 350 people and over 60 different nationalities, founded in the heart of sunny Barcelona. \n\n\n⭐ Role Overview\nAt Lodgify, we're on the lookout for a Customer Support Specialist to join the Lodgify team fully remote!\nAs a Customer Support Specialist, it is all about helping people! You will become an expert (we call ourselves “gurus”) in using the Lodgify software. You will use that expertise to advise our customers on how to successfully use Lodgify to set up their own accommodation website and grow their vacation rental business. You will help them by responding quickly to customer support requests, troubleshooting, and guiding them on how to make the most of Lodgify.\n\n\n\n⭐ How will you make an impact?\n* Provide information and advice users on appropriate action to solve issues.\n* Respond to incoming requests for assistance via email, phone or chat.\n* Ensure nothing but excellent service and a high level of customer satisfaction.\n* Maintain client relationships through product support over the phone, email or chat.\n* Troubleshoot technical issues.\n* Report customers feedback/issues to relevant departments & Follow up.\n\n\n\n⭐ What makes you a great fit?\n* At least 2 years of experience in technical customer support or a similar role\n* You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English & Italian (desirable)\n* Easily connect with people and understand their issues.\n* Passion for creating the best customer experience ever.\n* Organized and able to handle multiple inquiries.\n* Positive attitude and sense of responsibility.\n* Familiar with cloud-based applications and internet expert.\n* Love taking ownership of side projects.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhy you’ll love us:\nYou’ll be part of a growing, dynamic company with a truly international team.
