You'll be an organizational guru, working effectively with internal and external stakeholders and candidates through your strong communication skills and sense of urgency. This is a remote role and should be based in Austin, Texas. This position will last through August 1, with potential to extend depending on business need.\n\nWhat You'll Do Here\n\n\n* Handle heavy scheduling (and rescheduling) requests. This includes constant communication with both hiring managers and candidates\n\n* Manage administrative tasks within Greenhouse and Docusign, including sending offer letters, new hire notification forms, etc.\n\n* Manage Greenhouse reporting and ensure Greenhouse data accuracy\n\n* Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency\n\n\n\n\nWeโd Love to Hear From You if You Have\n\n\n* At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a fast paced, quickly changing environment\n\n* Ability to provide a high touch, first-class candidate experience\n\n* Strong communication and organizational skills\n\n* Ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining a strong attention to detail\n\n* Ability to work with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability\n\n* Experience with Greenhouse is required\n\n* Experience with Docusign is preferred\n\n\n\n\n#LI-Remote #BI-Remote
