No matter what team you’re on, the work you do here makes a positive impact across the globe. \n\n\nRhombus is looking for a Commercial Account Executive who is passionate about selling, and owning the majority of the sales cycle, from qualification to close. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, tenacious, confident, with a willingness to engage in prospecting to maintain individual funnels as expected. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Engineering and Product teams to act as a subject matter expert on Rhombus cameras and software. \n\n\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n* Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting and outreach to new customers, product demos, product trials, and strategic negotiations with customers and channel partners \n* Maintain a thorough understanding of Rhombus’ products as new hardware and features are released \n* Grow and maintain close relationships with Channel Managers and Channel Partners within a territory \n* Consistently exceed quarterly sales quota and maintain pipeline to support selling over quota \n* Provide feedback to Rhombus’ hardware, engineering, and development teams \n\n\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n* 3-5 years of B2B channel experience with a consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas\n* Proven ability to manage competitive and strategic sales efforts within SMB/Mid-Market\n* Excellent communication and presentation skills when working with peers, customers, and partners\n* Proficient in strategic outbound prospecting with a focus on business development through channel\n* Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, Chili Piper, Zoom, and Dialpad is a plus\n* Strong team collaboration skills with internal cross-functional departments\n* Open to travel for client engagements, such as meetings and events, and team gatherings\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis is a remote position.\n\n\nNeed to be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. \n\n\nCompensation \nBase Salary: $70,000-$80,000\nEstimated OTE (base salary + commission): $140,000-$160,000\n\n\nAdditional forms of compensation, depending on the role, include uncapped commission, sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and equity in the company. Individual pay is determined based on the candidate's primary work/hiring location and additional factors, such as skills and experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training.
