You will work independently, handling a high-volume caseload and ensuring seamless, professional service to clients and stakeholders.\n\nResponsibilities:\n* Independently manage a high-volume employment-based immigration caseload with accuracy and strong client service \n* Prepare and file non-immigrant petitions including H-1B/H-4, L-1A/L-1B/L-2, TN, O-1, and E-3 matters \n* Support immigrant processes including PERM, I-140 (EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2, EB-3), I-485, and EB-2 NIW \n* Draft strong, compliant support letters for O-1 and L-1A filings that clearly present eligibility arguments \n* Draft basic letters for H-1B filings and simple RFE responses with clean, client-ready writing \n* Prepare detailed responses for complex RFEs, NOIDs, and PERM audit responses with well-organized exhibits and timelines \n* Maintain tight case tracking, calendars, and internal documentation to ensure deadlines are consistently met \n* Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders in professional, clear written and verbal English (and Spanish when needed) \n* Provide proactive updates, flag risks early, and keep cases moving without constant follow-ups \n* Ensure drafting and client-facing communication are human-written and professionally polished (no reliance on AI-generated messaging)\n\n\n\nMust-Have:\n* 2–3+ years of direct business (employment-based) immigration paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate immigration environment \n* Hands-on experience preparing and supporting filings for H-1B/H-4, L-1A/L-1B/L-2, TN, O-1, and E-3 \n* Hands-on experience with PERM, I-140 (EB categories), and I-485 case support (including complex documentation workflows) \n* Demonstrated ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision \n* Strong legal drafting skills, including support letters and detailed responses to RFEs/NOIDs/PERM audits \n* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for client-facing work \n* Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and deadline management in a high-output legal environment \n\n\nNice to Have:\n* Experience with EB-2 NIW drafting support and evidence organization \n* Experience with complex O-1 case strategy support (e.g., evidence mapping, exhibit indexing, narrative building) \n* Familiarity with common immigration case management systems and high-discipline tracking practices \n* Prior experience supporting multiple attorneys/clients concurrently in a structured, metrics-driven workflow\n\n\n\n• Access to a $200k+ perk marketplace with instant discounts on 150+ services\n• Access up to 50% of approved earnings before payday (no credit checks or fees)\n
