Our sales team plays a key role in driving our growth, helping therapists understand how Heard can transform their practice.\n\n\nAbout the Role\nWeโre looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team! As a BDR, youโll be the first point of contact for prospective therapists, identifying and qualifying leads before handing them off to our Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs). Youโll work closely with two ISRs, helping build pipeline, engage potential customers, and set up high-quality opportunities that convert into closed deals.\n\n\n\nWhat You'll Do\n* Prospect & Qualify: Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage prospective therapists.\n* Lead Nurturing: Identify therapists who are a strong fit for Heardโs services and nurture them through the sales funnel. \n* Set Up Sales Calls: Book high-quality consults for the ISR team by understanding prospectsโ needs and challenges.\n* Collaborate with ISRs: Work closely with your paired ISRs to strategize outreach and maximize conversions.\n* Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, tracking prospect interactions and next steps.\n* Sales Enablement: Leverage sales scripts, case studies, and value-based messaging to drive engagement.\n\n\n\nWhat Weโre Looking For\n* 1+ year of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role.\n* Experience in SaaS, fintech, or a service-based sales environment is a plus.\n* Strong communication and active listening skills.\n* Ability to manage a high volume of outreach and follow-ups.\n* Comfort working in a CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus).\n* Coachability and a willingness to learn and grow.\n\n\n\n\n\n$25,000 - $30,000 a yearBDR Salary: $30K base; $30K variable\n\nHeard is an equal opportunity employer.
