\nAbout Electrified Thermal Solutions\n \nBoilers, furnaces, and kilns are the engines of our industrial economy, providing heat to melt steel, form cement, and transform chemicals. But historically reaching this high-temperature heat required burning fossil fuels, making the industrial sector responsible for 25% of global greenhouse gas emissions. \n\n\nElectrified Thermal Solutions has a simple and massive goal: to electrify industry.  \n \nTo do this, we are building the Joule Hive™ thermal battery: an energy storage technology that converts and stores cheap, renewable electricity as high-temperature heat. Our vision is to mitigate gigatons of CO2 emissions per year by deploying the Joule Hive™ at every industrial furnace, turbine, boiler, and kiln. \n\n\nAbout the Role \nElectrified Thermal is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to drive sales inthe French market.This critical role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and building strong, lasting relationships across targeted industrial segments. The successful candidate willhave a track record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to a diverse customer set.The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in a start-up/ high growth environment and bring a flexible, positive attitude as they “do what it takes” to drive commercial success. Candidates with experience selling equipment and/or project development experience for energy savings contracts/ energy performance contracts to industrial segments will be given preference. The role will report to the Head of Sales and will be remote.  \n\n\n\nWhat you'll do\n* Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with industrial customers and/or energy savings contract project developers. \n* Manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion. \n* Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales and providing regular updates to the Head of Sales. \n* Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product development. \n* Understand customer technical requirements and effectively communicate Electrified Thermal’s value proposition. \n* Represent Electrified Thermal at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. \n* Negotiate complex contracts and agreements. \n* Collaborate with the finance team to nurture and maintain successful relationships with HaaS financing partners.  \n* Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new business opportunities. \n* Travel: up to 60% \n\n\n\nWhat you'll bring\n* Bachelor's degree. An engineering degree and/or an MBA are a plus. \n* 5+ years of progressive industrial and/or project development business-to-business sales experience.  \n* Experience using CRMs to fully manage and report on forecasting and performance.  \n* Experience in industrial equipment sales or energy savings contract project development preferred. \n* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas in a complex sales environment. \n* Experience and knowledge of industrial heating equipment, industrial heat processes preferred.  \n* Experience and knowledge of natural gas and electricity markets preferred.  \n* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. \n* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels. \n* Strong negotiation and closing skills.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat We Value\n \nAs a growing startup, we value executing through uncertainty and moving toward the problem.
