The primary role of an Account Executive is to contact individuals or businesses who have outstanding debts and work towards recovering the owed funds.\n\n\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\n\n* Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to\n\n* Initiate contact with consumers via phone calls, emails, or text messages to negotiate payment plans and collect outstanding debts.\n\n* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and collection activities.\n\n* Review and analyze consumer accounts to determine appropriate collection strategies and prioritize collection efforts\n\n* Negotiate payment arrangements, settlements, or alternative options with debtors, considering their financial circumstances.\n\n* Handle and resolve consumer inquiries, disputes, and/or complaints in a professional and efficient manner.\n\n* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive consumer information and adhere to data protection guidelines.\n\n* Complete skip-tracing tactics to gather appropriate contact information for consumers.\n\n* Achieve CCMR3’s monthly targeted growth performance objectives.\n\n* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals set by management of CCMR3 Adherence to all CCMR3 policies/procedures\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat You'll Need\n\n\n* Previous experience in collections or a related field is preferred\n\n* Customer service, negotiation, and finance skills\n\n* Strong communication skills\n\n* Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing deb collection practices is preferred\n\n* Must be detail oriented and organized\n\n* Adherence to ethical standards\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIn joining our team at CCMR3, you'll have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives while advancing your career in a supportive and rewarding environment.
