It focuses on secure, sustainable, and high-performance solutions that enable productivity and support digital transformation across industries.\n\nWhat You’ll Do \n\n• Adapt and refine 3D models of physical products for marketing and catalog use\n• Create high-quality 3D product visualizations based on CAD files and technical specifications\n• Ensure visual consistency between product descriptions and 3D representations\n• Maintain asset libraries and ensure consistency in visual standards\n• Prepare realistic materials, lighting setups, and clean product renders for digital use\n• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of product visuals\n• Ensure accuracy of scale, geometry, and alignment with hardware specifications\n\nWhat You Bring \n\n• 5+ years of experience in 3D design or product visualization\n• Strong proficiency in tools such as Adobe Substance, Maya, AutoCAD, or similar 3D software\n• Ability to work with existing CAD files and adapt them for marketing-ready outputs\n• Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and realistic rendering workflows\n• Ability to interpret technical documentation and match visual output with product specifications\n• Strong attention to detail and structured approach to asset organization\n• Portfolio demonstrating realistic product visualizations\n• Working Hours: EST \n\nNice to have\n\n• Experience working with hardware or industrial products\n• Exposure to digital twin or simulation-based visualization projects\n• Experience organizing and maintaining structured 3D asset libraries\n• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows for textures, rendering, or post-production\n• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering + marketing)\n\nEnglish level\n\nUpper-Intermediate\n\nLegal & Hiring Information\n\n• Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more \n\n#Location\nBrazil, Poland
