\nWork Location: Remote\n\nWork Schedule: Monday – Friday\n\n\n\nProject Duration: 3 weeks with possibility of extension. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nDataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a motivated Scheduler to join our team on a full-time, temporary basis for a new data collection project in the Bay area!\n\n\n\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project to improve Artificial Intelligence and technology.\n\n\n\n\nRole Summary\n\nAs a Scheduler, you will be responsible for communicating with potential participants via phone or email, as well as screening them based on defined criteria, and scheduling them based on their availability. The scheduling aspect of the role is also responsible for responding to pre-study participant questions, and pre-study follow-up outreach to encourage participant attendance and minimize no-shows.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRole Responsibilities\n\n* In advance of the data collection, contact candidates via email or phone and schedule appointments according to availability\n* Validate candidates via phone call, adhering to project requirements\n* Check participant availability for the project\n* Answer participant questions\n* Provide logistic information\n* Schedule participants for a session time\n* Fill the session schedule days in advance\n\n\n
