At Job&Talent, you'll bridge the gap between technology and humans by working on small teams to design our product and come together to further our design language.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n* Work through design problems from beginning to end: translating research insights into ideas that form products and features, then designing the workflows and detailed interactions to realize them\n* Sketch and prototype ideas to quickly access viability, and design the fine-grained details of interactions\n* Iterate based on feedback from the whole teamWork closely with engineers, product managers and leadership, defining together the solution, and supporting during development and launch\n* Own the success or failure of their design work and initiate design and engineering sprints to improve shipped work\n* Write about, present, and share what they have learned\n* Design, maintain and work within Jobandtalent's design system\n* Contribute proactively to identify improvement opportunities in the way we work (processes, tools, ceremonies, etc)  \n\n\n\nYou have\n* Experience designing digital products and systems, not just websites. You have helped ship products\n* Experience designing experiences that people can access on any type of device: desktop, tablet, phone\n* An appreciation of the entire product development process, from problem-solving through to detailed UI and visual design\n* The ability to create high-fidelity mockups of your designs using Sketch, Figma, etc\n* The ability to create prototypes\n* Excellent communicator of design work and your rationale behind proposals\n* Excellent self-starter who can deeply collaborate with engineers\n* Deep knowledge of UX/UI patterns\n* Solid understanding of product design and development life cycle\n* Being a great communicator in English (Spanish highly desired)\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat we’re about\n\n\nAt Job&Talent, we're revolutionising the employment market globally.
