\nWe are hiring remote "Community Engagement Specialist¨.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n* Develop, implement, and provide oversight engagement strategies to solicit and strengthen community engagement at 1840 & Company\n* Translate relevant goals and objectives of 1840 & Company into initiatives with specific outcomes and target dates.\n* Identify and implement the creative use of evolving social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter to increase community engagement and dialogue.\n* Develop systems to distribute information to the community.\n* Develop and sustain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. \n\n\n\nQualifications:\n* Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.\n* Demonstrated experience developing and implementing engagement strategies\n* Must have effective communication skills including strong writing skills.
