\nRYZ Labs is hiring a Caregiver Elderly Support to provide services to patients/clients in their places of residence.\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n- Provides “hands off” care, such as:\n- Providing and encouraging socialization\n- Encouraging a mild exercise program\n- Encouraging medication compliance through timely reminders to take medications\n- Supervising the safety of the patient/client when bathing, toileting, and dressing\n- Assisting with grocery shopping, and performing light housekeeping chores\n- Performs other duties as assigned/necessary\n- Arrives at the client’s home on time and leaves when the shift schedule is complete\n- Performs all duties in an accurate and timely manner\n- Safeguards the client/patient by observing appropriate infection control procedures, including but not limited to universal precautions\n\n\nRequirements:\n- Must be at least 18 years old\n- One (1) year of experience as a Companion Care Homemaker/Companion Care Provider preferred\n- Ability to carry out tasks in a professional manner and adhere to policies regarding professionalism and boundaries preferred\n- Must demonstrate a compassionate nature and possess strong interpersonal skills.\n- Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills preferred\n- Proficiency in the English language is required\n- Computer proficiency required\n\n\nIf you are interested in this opportunity, please take the following short initial interview to start our process: https://app.ntrvsta.com/shared/interview-invite/rJTBWiLiKwsawwJpLF\n\n\nAbout RYZ Labs:\nRYZ Labs is a startup studio built in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs.
