Work from anywhere in the US!\n\n* Supportive Culture: Join a supportive peer network with access to clinical support and consultation from experienced leaders.\n\n\n\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\n\n* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 therapy tailored to the unique needs of children, teenagers, and their families.\n\n* Collaborate closely with the clinical team to develop personalized treatment plans for each client and their family.\n\n* Actively involve parents and caregivers in treatment sessions to foster collaboration and drive the treatment plan forward. \n\n* Access consultation and resources from our non-profit partner to integrate cutting-edge treatment protocols and methods into your practice, ensuring the highest standard of care for our clients.\n\n* Complete and sign patient notes within 24 hours.\n\n\n\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\n* Licensed Clinicians: Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC licensed to practice in New Jersey (multiple state licenses preferred).\n\n* Clinical Experience: 3+ years of clinical experience working directly with children, teenagers, and families, with expertise in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and DBT.\n\n* Telehealth Experience: Experience in delivering telehealth services.\n\n* Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team and effective engagement with stakeholders.\n\n* Technical Requirements: Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).\n\n* Credentialing: Active NPI and established CAQH credentialing, with existing credentialing with major insurers.\n\n\n\nSalary Range: $70,000-$85,000 \n\n\n* Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 8:30pm ET\n\n* Saturdays & Sundays 8:30am - 4:30pm ET\n\n* 23 Clinical hours must be after 3:30 pm to meet the demand of our clients after school hours.\n\n\n\n\nWhy Join Us\n\n\n* Meaningful Work: Focus on delivering clinical care while we handle client acquisition and medical billing.\n\n* Supportive Environment: No required on-call responsibilities, full malpractice coverage, and a focus on your professional growth.\n\n* Contribute to Innovation: Be part of a startup, contributing to the creation of a new treatment model.\n\n\n\n\nJoin Our Team Today!\n\nFort Health is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, actively seeking diversity of perspectives and voices.
