\nWe're looking to add a Representative to our Customer Service Live Chat Team! This individual will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers by responding to their inquires through chat (LivePerson).\n\nIf you're interested in this opportunity, please submit your application below by Monday, April 8th!\n\nRole Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt\n\nThis is a remote-based role within select states in the United States. At this time, we are only able to employ those located in the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin\n\nSchedule: Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST/8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* Answer both customer service and product support questions through the LivePerson platform\n\n* Answer a minimum of 3 chats/maximum of 4 chats simultaneously\n\n* Work efficiently in order to provide minimal to no wait time for pending customers\n\n* Remain up to date on trainings and department functions\n\n* All other responsibilities as requested by the Live Chat Team Lead\n\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nStrong follow-through and multi-tasking abilities\n\nAbility to work both independently and within a team\n\nStrong knowledge of SH products, replacement parts, and brands\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Background and Experience:\n\nSupplyHouse Customer Service experience that includes formal training on phones\n\nFoundational understanding of SupplyHouse Customer Service policies, processes, and resources\n\n\n\n\n
