The ideal candidate will have deep experience in software development along with broad experience across other functional areas such as design, product, and data. The person in this role will work closely with a full team of marketers, including PR, Content, and Branding pillars. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of crypto and blockchain with a strong familiarity with Crypto Twitter, Farcaster, Facebook, Instagram, and any other social platforms relevant to the industry as it evolves.\n\n\n\nAbout the Role\n* Reports to the Senior Director of Social and Content and is responsible for overseeing assigned clients’ daily social media strategy and output. \n* Ability to write in multiple voices, from newsy/informative to humorous and lighthearted to technical and academic - able to tailor messaging across platforms in line with client’s branding.\n* Maintain both a consistent understanding and a strong pulse of the current events, projects, ecosystems, leading technologies and narratives within the web3 ecosystem. \n* Work cross-functionally with PR, events, community, marketing, and growth ensuring content remains consistent and aligned for deepest impact \n* Leverage data and social media marketing tools to analyze areas of weakness in order to grow internal serotonin and client brands.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n* Manage the social media strategy, operations, and execution for 3-5 Serotonin clients.\n* Work closely with the senior social leaders and Senior Director of Content and Social as well as Marketing Directors to develop social strategy and proactively ideate new social opportunities for clients.\n* Create and maintain account management systems to operationalize scheduling, posting, and replying.\n* Work closely with the PR, Content, and Growth teams to plan and execute owned marketing campaigns.\n* Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, events, community, marketing, and growth ensuring content remains consistent and aligned.\n* Leverage data and social media marketing tools to analyze areas of weakness in order to grow internal Serotonin and client brands.\n* Strategize, operate, and execute other social media activities such as: Twitter Spaces, AMAs, giveaways, and growth campaigns.\n* Stay on top of technology trends and announcements across the web3 ecosystem.\n* Remain well-versed in the social strategies of other technologies and product teams.\n\n\n\nRequirements\n* 3+ years experience working in a social media based role creating copy and content, ideally within an agency setting.\n* Experience with overseeing and launching social media campaigns (within the crypto ecosystem is a bonus).\n* Excellent written, verbal, and strategic communication skills.\n* Strong client relations and collaboration skills.\n* Ability to inspire, motivate, and positively influence your team members from all walks of life to be successful.\n* Desire to be in web3 with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, agency environment.\n* Strong understanding of the web3/crypto space and strong affiliation with an on-chain community. \n\n\n\nBenefits\n* Competitive Salary\n* 401k (US Only) \n* Health Insurance (US Only) \n* Remote Work Environment\n* Flexible PTO\n* Maternity/Paternity Leave\n\n\n\n\n\n$85,000 - $110,000 a year\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
