What youโll be doing
Same as the rest of the team: building a kick-ass product. Youโll champion your own features and help others with theirs.
From day one, and in no particular order, you will:
๐ talk to users to understand their needs ๐ generate, discuss and challenge ideas for new or improved features ๐ write code to build those features
If you love crafting intuitive, high-performance interfaces for complex tools, you'll feel right at home.
What we look for
A senior front-end developer (at least 5+ years of experience)
A critical thinker - especially about your own work
Fluent in both English and code
An eye for detial, because pixels matter

Extra points for experience with graphics programming (canvas, svg, webgl, etc)
Location
This is a remote position, but being in Europe - for time zone alignment - is highly preferred.

What youโll be doing
The same as what weโre doing: building a kick-ass product. That means you will, in no particular order:
Communicate with users on a daily basis
Generate, collect and challenge ideas for new or improved features
Write code to build those features (duh)
Developing the front-end of Seats.io includes working on HTML Canvas rendering, SVG drawing, graphical user interfaces for WYSIWYG design tools & administration tools, and back-office web app.

Location
This is an essentially remote position. However, we do value easy in-person meetings every so often, so we will only consider candidates residing in Europe. If you live in or near Valencia (Spain), thatโs a bonus.

Needless to say that your role will be key to our continued success.\n#The job\nTime for specifics. Your role would be to help design, build and implement the floor plan designer, as part of the seats.io dev team. That means you'll build stuff that matters.\nThe current stack is mostly raphaeljs + our own code, but we're open to change.
