Weโre proud to be creating something new that improves peopleโs lives while working together in a culture of collaboration, respect, communication, joy, and personal growth.\n\n\nRead more about what we do at Proper.ai\n\n\nWeโre proud to create something new that improves peopleโs lives while working together in a culture of collaboration, respect, communication, joy, and personal growth.\n\n\nThe Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads and schedule product demos for the sales team. \nSuccess in this role requires exceptional communication skills, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset to drive a high volume of personalized outreach while maintaining quality. \nMust be passionately curious, and driven beyond measure.\n\n\nCandidates must be located in PST, MST, or CST to ensure better coverage of the time zones where our potential clients are located.\n\n\n\nKey Responsibilities\n* High-Volume Outreach:\n\n- Initiate personalized outreach through multiple channels (email, calls, LinkedIn).- Manage daily activity targets, including call and email volumes.\n\n* Prospect Research:\n\n- Identify and segment prospects that match the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).- Tailor outreach efforts based on research and segmentation.\n\n* Demo Scheduling:\n\n- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover pain points and align solutions, culminating in scheduled demos.- Ensure handoffs to Account Executives are seamless and well-documented.\n\n* Pipeline Management:\n\n- Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM, tracking engagement and follow-ups.\n\nRequired Hard Skills\n* Outreach Tools:\n\n- Experience with tools like Orum, LinkedIn, Gong, etc.\n\n* CRM Expertise:\n\n- Proficient in HubSpot for tracking outreach and reporting metrics.\n\n* Communication:\n\n- Strong written and verbal communication, including crafting compelling outreach emails.\n\n* Metrics-Driven:\n\n- Analyze outreach metrics to optimize strategies (e.g., email open rates, demo conversion rates).\n\nRequired Soft Skills\n* Resilience:\n\n- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.\n\n* Relationship Building:\n\n- Skilled at establishing trust and building interest through brief interactions.\n\n* Time Management:\n\n- Capable of juggling high volumes of activity without sacrificing quality.\n\n* Adaptability:\n\n- Quick to adjust approaches based on prospect feedback or data insights.\n\n* Passionate Curiosity:\n\n- Love knowing how something impacts a business, and demonstrates curiosity around the depth of that impact.\n\n* Cross-functional Collaboration\n\n- Demonstrated ability to work well with others in early stages.
