This role will report to the Global Head of Insurance Operations and work across multiple departments (Customer Engagement, Claims, Insurance Services and Operations) to design and deliver a programme of work focused on efficiency. They will analyse, document, and improve our business processes while contributing to strategic projects that drive our company forward. \n\n\n\nKey Responsibilities\n* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to document existing processes and establish performance baselines\n* Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to gather requirements\n* Identify and analyze business problems, recommend solutions and develop and deliver projects\n* Lead process improvement initiatives from conception through implementation\n* Work closely with our business and engineering teams to ensure operational requirements are incorporated into solutions\n* Implement solutions using low-code platforms and automation tools when needed\n* Oversee the program of work, with support from the Operations team\n\n\n\nRequired Experience\n* Bachelorโs degree \n* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst\n* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills\n* Excellent documentation and process mapping abilities\n* Experience with data analysis and visualization tools\n* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills\n* Proven track record of implementing process improvements\n* Experience with project management methodologies\n* Experience implementing automated and AI-enabled solutions\n* Lean Six Sigma qualification or experience preferred\n* Qualifications in project management, data analysis and/or business analysis required\n* Experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Zapier, UiPath)\n* Experience as a business analyst in the insurance industry\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
