You will be responsible for delivering scalability, performance optimization, incident management, and analysis. \n\n\n\nResponsibilities: \n* Ensure system reliability and uptime of applications depending on the SLAโs\n* Monitor system performance metrics and determine the approaches to optimize the system\n* Lead incident management efforts with available methodology and document RCA(Root Cause Analysis), lessons learned, and any SOPโs for solving the issue in future\n* Work closely with DevOps and Application teams to align priorities, share knowledge and drive continuous improvement initiatives\n* Prioritize response efforts based on issue severity, potential impact on users, and business priorities\n* Evaluate and approve changes to production systems, balancing the need for innovation with the requirement of stability and reliability\n* Optimize resource usage and manage costs by identifying inefficiencies, rightsizing infrastructure resources, and implementing cost-saving measures\n\n\n\nWhat we're looking for:\n* 3+ years of SRE experience with Azure and/or AWS\n* Bachelorโs Degree is preferred but will consider relevant experience as an equivalent\n* Programming: Java, SpringBoot, SQL, Bash\n* Monitoring: DataDog, Splunk, Grafana\n* Docker, Kubernetes, Linux\n* Incident/Alerts Management: VictorOps, PagerDuty\n* Git, Bitbucket\n* Troubleshooting complex, intertwined distributed services\n* Attention to detail\n* Testing, Monitoring, Logging, Alerting\n* Documentation\n* Incident Management\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
