💼 With over 4 years of experience in international outsourcing, I have worked across several people-focused roles as a recruiter, personal assistant, and English teacher. These positions taught me how to understand people, build strong professional relationships, work under pressure, and adapt quickly to new challenges.

🌍 My experience as a recruiter involved full-cycle hiring for diverse roles and collaboration with managers across various departments. As a personal assistant, I handled internal coordination, communication, and time management on an international level. And as an English teacher, I developed high-level communication skills and reached a B2–C1 English proficiency, which I now use confidently in both business and technical environments.

🎓 Currently, I run my own small language academy online, where I teach English and manage content, client communication, and program structure. This has helped me grow in digital communication, organization, and independent project ownership.

🚀 Now I’m ready to take the next step in my career into IT recruitment and sourcing.
