I am an experienced Principal Technical Test Analyst with over 14 years of experience in the IT industry, 11 years leading projects in Mexico and other countries as a QA project manager. I am specialized in QA auditing, processes compliance, methodologies and project management. Throughout my career, I have successfully led multicultural and multidisciplinary teams, both in Mexico and abroad, always ensuring the highest quality at all stages of the software development lifecycle, in sectors including Government, Banking, Insurance, Investments, Customer Services (Hotels, Parcel Services, and Car Rentals), among others.
