I am Rajesh CHETLUR - friends call me Raj. I've a Bachelors in English Literature & Sociology. So far, I've got a professional career in customer support/service related roles for about 5+ years, working for MNCs like TTEC & HSBC.

But WHO AM I really, well my head is consumed by philosophy & my hands are dedicated to music. Turning pages of Marcus Aurelius & Nietzsche eat up my days & I like to spend my evenings with my guitar. The love of my life made me cross the boundaries of India to come to France, where I am living currently. She's a working girl, and needs me at the house to support her, and that's the reason I'm looking specifically for a remote job option.

Customer Support, for me has been the essence of my professional experience over the years. It has taught me that they don't come to us seeking scripts or definite solutions, but a plea - "listen to me, treat me like a human being". In customer service, honesty works over repetitive polished jargons. They're more than just an open complaint or a ticket, they come to us with hope, believing just may be that one chat support rep could do what others couldn't. A little warmth with efficiency, every response sprinkled with grace - and that's all it takes. I recall customers on chat, confused & frustrated, desperate for help - and I have always tried to engage my interaction to create a moment of connection - the customer may not be able to see me or hear my voice, but they must remember who they spoke to.

Support, may not always be about providing a solution, but making the customer's feel heard and cared for. For a customer on a chat line, on the other side is not just the customer support - but it's the staff, Manager, the CEO. for the customer. Every rep is a face of the company and must act their part to the best of their abilities, and that's the spirit I stive to bring to Cliniko.

Both in HSBC & TTEC, I was promoted to Senior Process Specialist & Assistant Manager respectively, for my commendable skills of problem solving & client support across all channels.
