I have 6+ years of experience working as a System Administrator or Helpdesk, to perform various tasks that the role demands, whether it is with parts of the network on different operating systems like Windows, Mac installation, configuration, monitoring and management. Troubleshooting too. Let's start with my experience in the previous organization. I worked as System Administration in Outline systems india Pvt Ltd. I used to manage window based systems like windows Installation Web Server, DNS Server, DCHP Server, Zabbix Server, Mail Server and many other services as per the requirement of the company. In addition, I was managing cPanel, WHMCMS Panel, web hosting, website backup and uploading, WordPress and Cloudflare, Basic of Cloud Computing (AWS, Google Cloud), G-Suite configuration and management. and management of peripheral devices such as biometrics, printers, CCTVs among other devices have been used. As well as managing the Sophos Firewall as controls from configuration to administration, Incoming Traffic User Authentication, Web Policies, IPsec/SSL VPN, Network Failover, Firewall Back Up, Grouping, MAC Address Binding, Threat Scanning, External IP Permission and Block, port permission. As well as configuring the router and the basic parts of networking like LAN, WAN etc. Now I've joined SafeAeon a few months ago as a helpdesk resource to take this forward. My current responsibilities here are managing windows and linux systems as OS and application troubleshooting and system configuration and installation. Misconfiguration detection and system hardening. In addition, Microsoft Exchange Server and Office 365 configuration/administration to user management basics to handle license shifts such as creating or deleting users, modifying shared mailboxes, creating email backups for end hardening processes. Active Directory such as creating or deleting users and granting permissions from configuration to administration. Creating groups on Active Directory and Groups on Active Directory, granting computer management permissions. I have worked on ManageEngine ticketing portal. As far as RMM solutions go, I've worked on Dameware and learning other RMM tools like Ninja, ConnectWise Automate, etc. Also, I have good knowledge of windows server such as setting up active directory, web server, ftp server, DNS/DHCP server configuration.
