I was born in India and went to school at Texas, United States. I graduated with a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Pandit Deendayal Energy University and a master’s in industrial engineering from the university of Houston. My first job as an engineer was at the oil and gas company Cudd energy services as a project engineer for their west Texas operations. At Cudd, my day included processing several hundred-thousand lines of live data to infer well characteristics and recommend fracking-operations at well-sites. After spending hundreds of hours in front of eight computer screens at 200+ fracking-operations, I developed a strong passion and deep-love for data. After Cudd, my love for data deepened, and I decided to participate in an energy research project at the University of Houston. Since then, I have became nerdier, and often hangout with other (data) nerds to talk about data and politics. I am a go-getter, passionate, competitive, and solution-oriented. There are no impossible problems, only weak solutions and solvers. I believe that with the right approach, data, and methodology, no problem is insurmountable.

I love socializing, but do not like pushy people or micro-managers. I often go out of my way to help you and treat you with respect, but expect the courtesy back too. That’s it folks! :)
