I have 10+ years experience conducting research on human behavior (e.g., team dynamics) and communicating results to different communities. Since 2017 I develop dashboards for companies and advice on the proper use of social network metrics.
I like to be challenged: During my PhD I switched from SPSS to R, knowing no-one in my department could help me with the tool (R) or the method I'm using (social network analysis). I further extended my skills and learned Python and text analysis (e.g., topic modeling, sentiment analysis).
My interest for analyzing teams has brought me to Northwestern University (US), where I got to meet people from the department of Education. Since then, I'm teaching evidence based decision making to HR professionals (hybrid degree).
