I have developed my career as Engineer in "Maquinaria Agricola Agrator, S. L. " (aka AGRATOR) and "Fabricante de Contenedores FADECO, S. A. " (aka FADECO), being my last positions "General Manager" in AGRATOR and "Engineering and R+D+i Manager" in FADECO. My background is in Industrial Organisation Engineering and Mechanical Engineering (Machine Design). In addition, in 2018 I was selected for the master "Self-Driving Car Engineer" at Udacity University in Palo Alto (California, USA). I do not have an official qualification in English, however I have used it frequently throughout my career and in some tests my score is C1.

I have experience in managing teams, motivating them to achieve maximum efficiency and solving problems that arise within them. I have received coaching and stress reduction courses that have allowed me to manage correctly both the staff and the different complicated situations that arise in the company.

I have knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, CNN Neural Networks, photogrammetry (I'm co-inventor in an industrial patent related to artificial vision), programming in Python or C++. I have also frequently used other software such as virtualization (VMWare, Virtualbox), containers (DOCKER, KUBERNETES), have experience in server management (Windows Server), also OS like Linux and Windows, have managed both relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB, also from raw text files and csv), know network management (TCP/IP and Ethernet). Programming languages I have worked with are Python, C++, .NET, Java (Android, Flutter, Kotlin, Arduino), I have also programmed and configured environments for collaborative robot work with ROS and ROS2, I have experience implementing Wordpress in several websites as well as several of its plugins, modifying and/or adapting PHP, HTML5 and CSS3 code. I have used Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS.

Regarding your job offer you will find of interest my last job as General Manager at AGRATOR where I had the opportunity to improve various aspects of production and planning through Data Analysis Techniques, as well as the design system and information management, resulting in a considerable improvement in time to adjust the price of the product to the market. For 16 years I worked in FADECO, a company dedicated to the manufacture of metal structures for the automotive industry, where most relevant tasks were as Engineering and R&D&I Manager: personnel management, dealing with other departments, KPI, planning, dealing with customers and suppliers, dealing with research centres and searching for subsidies. Maintenance Plant Manager for Mercedes-Benz Vitoria and Barcelona main tasks were those related to plant management: factory and office staff, definition of KPIs, dealing with customers and suppliers, knowledge of the company's production systems, welding robot programming, development of testing and measuring tools and use of non-contact measuring tools.
