knowledgeable Information Technology professional seeking to contribute training and acquired
skills within a Help Desk support role and a range of skills in the IT industry. Works well
independently, or in a team setting providing all facets of computer help desk support such as
troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance. In-depth knowledge and understanding of
numerous software packages and operating systems. Skilled in providing customer and end user
help desk support but not limited to, networking, help desk ticketing systems, tier 2 level
troubleshooting and configuration, customer support, operating systems, office 365 management,
active directory user management, virtualization, client server technology, build /manage virtual
machines, security, backups, hardware and software maintenance, installation and configuration,
server administration, ERP systems (Sage ERP 1000 and Navision Dynamics) management, Apple
management and support of devices, helpdesk and asset management, AV and website
development. Includes hands on lab. I am also interested in big data analytics and furthering my
knowledge in database management, networking and cybersecurity.
