Iโve spent the past nine years working in customer-facing roles, from managing retail shops to leading teams in hospitality and admin support. I thrive on problem-solving, chatting with people, and keeping things running smoothlyโeven in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
But beyond customer service, music has been a huge part of my life. I started performing in musical theatre at nine years old, picked up the guitar at thirteen, and fell in love with music production soon after. Throughout college and university, I got hands-on experience with live recordings, sound engineering, and even organised charity gigs to bring musicians together.
