I have been a BA for 6 + years, across banking and IT. Additionally i have a strong 13 years of experience in banking retail and corporate sales, relationship management and team building with which i bring to the table skills like excellent communication, critical thinking, stakeholder management, problem solving and cross functional collaboration.

I have a strong hands-on project experience of Digitalization of Corporate Salary accounts, enhancements on banking apps and net banking, process and policy investigations and a working understanding of Sales processes and banking operations.

I am adept at SDLC - Agile/Scrum ceremonies, gathering requirements and documenting them in BRDs, FRD's, Confluence and translating them into user stories with acceptance criteria ( on Jira). I also use activity diagrams (using Visio) and process flows (using Balsamiq/ Miro /Figma) to illustrate the use case which brings clarity and makes the user story more robust.
