As an experienced Senior Software engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, I am searching for a role which will allow me to expand on my passion for building and maintaining distributed systems while working remotely from Spain (EMEA) or Sri Lanka (APAC).

I have 8 years experience as a software engineer with a focus on Java, Kafka, Spring, DevOps and Databases. To date I have delivered successful projects in many industries such as Logistics, KYC, Medical Research and Finance. In my current role I am the lead engineer of a small team (2 testers 2 Devs, 1 Junior), on track to deliver a system of eight microservices for the tu.co.uk order-flow migration at Sainsbury’s PLC this quarter.
