Cody William Smith is an accomplished photographer and cinematographer based in Los Angeles, California. He has over 10 years of experience in the industry and has worked with a wide range of clients in his career, including Mazda, Toyota, Honda, Cadillac, Nike, Apple, Neiman Marcus, Chanel, and many others. Cody earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis on Cinematography from Columbia College Hollywood, where he graduated with honors.

His work has been featured on Showtime, CNN, CBS, Vice, and Youtube RED, among other networks. He shot the music video for “Sleep On The Floor” by The Lumineers, which has garnered over 200 million views on Youtube. His hobbies also include hiking, biking, fishing, and camping.

From Kabul, Afghanistan and the rural locale of Leverkusen, Germany, to the wild beauty of Anchorage, Alaska, and the tropical paradise of Costa Rica, Cody has captured stunning photographs and videos that capture the unique essence of each location.

Most recently, he has traveled to Chamonix, France, and Florence, Italy, to pursue his love of snowboarding and photography. He also has a deep connection with Sweden, a country he has visited frequently, where his self-taught intermediate proficiency in the Swedish language has helped him to truly connect with the locals and get an insider's view of the country.
