I have experience as a registered physiotherapist for the NHS and as a receptionist, through which I have developed proficient skills in compiling, verifying, and entering high volumes of information accurately into various databases. I have a thorough working knowledge of relevant computer applications including Microsoft tools (word processing, spreadsheet creation & management, presentation software).

I can demonstrate persuasive communication skills necessary to collect essential information in a professional and courteous manner as well as proficient alphanumeric keyboarding skills (65wpm).

I have efficient planning and organisational skills that have been tested when managing several, complex assignments, whilst identifying and resolving problems independently.

During my time in the NHS, I have continually developed and can adapt my communication styles- whether it is speaking to patients, colleagues or family members. Throughout this time, also providing support to patients so that they can achieve their full potential, whilst being attentive, patient, and empathetic. I have adhered to preserving and protecting confidential information. Additionally, my role has required efficient teamwork and communication to successfully meet strict deadlines and service-level agreements.
