I'm a technology leader and a startup Co-founder with 9 years of all-round experience building web, mobile, cloud solutions (both B2B and B2C). I worked with and lead remote teams before it became mainstream with the pandemic.

I can speak your (business) language. Having launched my own startup and having entrepreneurship experience in the past I know a thing or two about business, have a very product-focused way of thinking and always try to find a balance between technical excellency and time to market. I had hands-on experience in various types of activities personally or worked in close cooperation with non-tech departments ranging from Marketing and Sales to Product Management and Design, so I have a truly diverse set of skills and knowledge allowing me to easily communicate and find common ground with any stakeholders and efficiently organize the development process.

At the same time strong technical background and experience with high-load systems, natural curiosity and striving for excellence help me find efficient solutions for any problem. I'm fluent with a number of programming languages technologies and truly believe they are merely tools, which can be learnt to use relatively quickly, and it's not the tech stack that makes a good developer, but fundamental skills and knowledge.

I also enjoy working with people, inspiring them and watching them grow professionally. Back in my school days people often told me I'd make a good teacher. Well, I didn't end up being one, but I'm not too far off, mentoring colleagues at work as well as some young talents just entering the IT world.
