About the role
You will join the team from the very start.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and write exceptional codeย
Build extensive testing related to money movement and tracking
Provably accurate ingesting 3rd party reports on performance into Moreโs ledger so that customers can see their individual performances

Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software architecture and design, preferably within the fintech, wealth management, or investment industry
Experience with payments, building 3rd party integrations, security
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, Django, etc.).
Proven experience as a team leader or technical lead, with demonstrated success in managing and mentoring software development teams.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, CI/CD processes, and software development best practices.
Strong knowledge of web services, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
Collaboration and Communication: You will be working with a team of developers, data scientists, and business professionals. Strong communication skills are essential for conveying complex data-driven concepts to team members with various levels of technical understanding.
