My working experience started as data research and analyses for Youtuber channel called " Calon Sarjana", whereas I learned to search themes of public interest and developed text scripts for video editors. Later on, I participated in training program at PT Inovasi Sistem Technologi; where I learned about leadership and problem solving, corporate taxes, and business
administration. Just after completing the training program, I had the opportunity to take an internship program in PT Integration Transit Jakarta, a subsidiary of MRT Jakarta, as support administration for Human Capital Division, where I had the experience to participate in developing HR policies, selection of candidates for project talents, designing annual appraisal questionnaires, design communication tools, revamping recruitment database, integration of employee database, administer websites related to attendance, developed feed Instagram design and recapitulate employees insurances, however, my contract ended after the completion of ITJ phase 1 on end of September 2021. Also my personal skills are content creator and video editor on fashion contents for YouTube-TikTok- Instagram; my future ambition is to be able to capitalize my resources and skills to support my profession life, as well as to deepen and learn new skills, with my background, I'd like to find a career that will allow me to apply what I've learned.
