Hi, my name is Shivam Rajak, and I’m a Quality Assurance professional with over 2 years of experience in manual testing across web and mobile applications. Throughout my career, I’ve worked on a range of projects in different domains, where I focused on ensuring product quality by performing Functional, Regression, System, UAT, and API testing using tools like Postman.

One of my key strengths is my ability to thoroughly understand project requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans and test cases. I’ve actively participated in Agile development environments, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams — including developers, business analysts, and project managers — to identify potential issues early in the development process and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

In my previous role at VeriDoc Global India, I had the opportunity to work on multiple projects such as VeriDoc Certificates, VeriDoc Sign, and Food Safety Plan Builder, where I conducted end-to-end testing and ensured smooth functionality across platforms. Additionally, I’ve been involved in API testing to validate backend functionality and supported teams in refining processes by providing clear and actionable test reports.

What I enjoy most about QA is the problem-solving aspect — identifying bugs, thinking critically about edge cases, and ensuring the final product delivers a smooth user experience. I believe that a good tester not only finds issues but also adds value by understanding the user’s perspective and helping teams build more reliable software.
