Professional with over 7 years of experience in the finance area, in the Call Centers and Digital Agency area, graduated in Business Administration.
I was a Corporate Service Consultant at Itaรบ Unibanco PJ, the largest bank in Latin America, for over a year. In this role, I provided commercial and operational service to High Income clients, assisting them with various demands, such as checking accounts, file transmission, accounts payable and receivable, collections, cards, credits, renegotiation, operating system guidance, scams and fraud, sales and support to managers throughout Brazil.
I began my journey at Itaรบ as a Service and Solution Agent, serving individual clients in the Retail, Uniclass and Personnalitรฉ segments. During this time, I developed skills such as performance management, problem solving, reimbursement, SAC, pre-ombudsman, negotiation and sales.
I am currently at C6BANK and I love working at the Digital Agency and continuing to develop my work with customer service. I love being challenged and learning about new products. We currently have over 60 products at the Digital Agency to help our customers serve themselves. ๐๐๐ค An innovative and extremely educational Bank, especially when it comes to security.
My goal is to delight customers and solve their problems, always putting them as a priority in everything I do.
