• Experience in Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall software development environment
• Practical experience in applying key BA techniques (use cases, user stories, root cause analysis, prototyping, prioritization, functional decomposition)
• Hands-on experience with tools used for BA activities and teamwork (modeling and prototyping tools, communication tools, documentation tools)
