My journey to being a product professional has been unconventional. I've held diverse roles that might seem atypical for PMs. Yet each experience โ from personal training to healthcare solutions โ has reinforced a crucial insight: at the heart of every problem lies a product opportunity.
My philosophy has been fundamentally shaped by years in customer-facing roles, where I learned that success comes from truly understanding human needs and delivering on a solution to that need.
