As a leader, I am passionate about building and scaling Engineering Teams across a variety of business areas including SaaS, PaaS, E-Commerce, Crypto, Consulting, Ad-tech, B2B, and B2C. My leadership style is to lead by example, focused on giving engineering teams the clarity, capacity, and autonomy to help them achieve their full potential. My interests span across leadership, strategy, and management, as well as Agile methodologies like Lean, Scrum, and Kanban. I have a deep understanding of software development practices including DevOps, SRE, and continuous integration and delivery/deployment (CI/CD). I prioritize building strong build pipelines, minimizing MTTR, and improving operations by focusing on latency, availability, resiliency, performance, productivity, and effectiveness. I am also experienced in working with microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure, and designing and implementing SLOs, SLAs, and SLIs to improve the reliability of software systems.
