โข Contributed to record safety performance by leading Incident and Injury-Freeโข orientation sessions on Pearl GTL project in different languages (English, Urdu/Hindi, Turkish) for over two years. Pearl GTL project achieved over 77 MM workhours without LTI โ a record in Shellโs 100-year history.
โข Achieved 7.87 MM workhours without LTI and a TRCF of 0.53 vs target TRCF of 0.79 on the Pearl Village O&M Contract.
โข Played integral role in organizing large events such as Safety Day etc. to ensure safe and maximum worker participation circa 50,000 workers.
โข Directed a multinational/multi-ethnic team on OUIJV camp on RAPID project to deliver as per HSE policies and SOPs.
