We want to work with people who are passionate about our mission and have a desire to be part of a rapidly expanding, high performance team. \n\nJob Description : \n\n\n* Work closely with our team of L3 Engineers to provide high quality support for our software applications built on JavaScript, and C# frameworks.\n\n* Responsible for resolving bugs, technical issues in the code and improve existing code for reliability and scalability.\n\n* Provide engineering and product support via email to customers and internal teams\n\n* Gather information and prescribe customer steps to resolution for expected vs. actual outcomes\n\n* Create technical documentation to serve as a knowledge base for handling recurring support and data engineering needs\n\n* Ensure customer inquiries are responded to within established timeframes and support service levels are achieved\n\n* Work collaboratively with local and geographically dispersed team members during US Hours.\n\n\n\n\n Must have expertise in some of the following: \n\n\n* At least 2-5 years working experience in fullstack development in two to three of the following: JavaScript, React, C#, Java\n\n* Experience in various technologies/languages also a plus: Docker, HTML, CSS, test-driven development\n\n* Proficiency maintaining clean, organized, and well-documented code under a Git source code repository\n\n* Experience with service-oriented architectures, including restful services and soap\n\n* Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming and Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS). \n\n* Strong communication skills, written and verbal highly preferred\n\n\n\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n\n* Civitas is an Equal Opportunity Employer.\n\n* Challenging and fun work environment.\n\n* Flexible work Environment โ we offer a good work/life balance Anniversary recognition and event celebration.\n\n* Working in a Multi-culture environment across the Globe.\n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n#LI-Remote\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
