Youโll be embedded in one of our Product Pillars and focus on crafting features and experiences that will directly impact our customers and product. \n\nWeโre looking for team members that excel across the entire product development lifecycle, come with a growth mentality, and bring a genuine desire to learn about our customers.\n\nWe're looking for candidates open to working in San Francisco, CA, Los Angeles, CA, New York City, NY, Atlanta, GA, Toronto, ON, Kitchener, ON or remotely.\n\nWhat youโll do\n\n\n* Act as an advocate for exceptional experiences when partnering with product and engineering on roadmap and feature execution.\n\n* Participate in and/or lead user interviews and research to better understand customer needs to inform design strategy.\n\n* Construct user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts for validation.\n\n* Develop and deliver well-documented, high-fidelity visuals that accurately represent Faireโs brand and design system standards.\n\n* Present and communicate concepts, designs, and prototypes to cross-functional partners with clarity.\n\n* Contribute to and positively shape the design teamโs culture through collaboration, feedback, and process iteration.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n\n* 4+ years of experience designing digital products, from systems to visuals. Your work demonstrates insights gained from testing and shipping.\n\n* Great communication skills. You present design decisions and processes clearly and confidently, regardless of audience.\n\n* A collaborative approach. Youโre a great partner to other designers and your cross-functional teammates.\n\n* A growth-mindset. Youโre open and receptive to feedback, and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.\n\n* A sense of humor. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location.
