See the full list here.\nExperience\n\n\n* 5+ years of experience building distributed software systems, with substantial exposure to cryptographic protocols and blockchain technologies.\n\n* Demonstrable experience in designing, building, and operating crypto-based decentralized systems, with the capability to identify, comprehend, and integrate trade-offs.\n\n* Hands-on experience building with and on various protocols, underlining a thorough understanding of protocol design principles.\n\n* Specialization in at least one or two of the following areas: smart contract development, protocol mechanism design, consensus algorithm design.
