AiB is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Professional to spearhead our international payroll operations within a fast-paced startup environment. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who thrives in developing and managing comprehensive payroll systems across various countries, ensuring efficient and accurate compensation processes for our global team. By taking charge of the international payroll function, including liaising with multiple External Employer of Record (EOR) partners and handling internal payroll processes through country-specific software, you'll be at the heart of AiB's operational success.Your contributions will be crucial in crafting a seamless international payroll process and setting up new hires for success. You will collaborate closely with our Recruiting, HR, and Accounting teams. Your expertise will lay the foundation for an efficient, scalable payroll function that supports AiB's growth and global expansion.\nResponsibilities\n\n\n\n* \nInternational Payroll Coordination: Oversee payroll operations, ensuring smooth coordination and processing for employees in countries hired through External Employer of Record companies (EORs)\n\n* \nInterfacing between employees and EORs: Ensure good collaboration with the EORs, assisting our employees with questions and acting as an intermediary between the employee and the EOR.
