We reach millions through our app, programs, best-selling books, card decks, and more. We’re growing fast—and we need a high-functioning, AI-native operator to work directly with our founder and unlock the next level of scale, clarity, and execution.
The Role
You’ll serve as the right hand to the founder, acting as a strategic executor, decision filter, and force multiplier. This is not an admin or marketing manager role. You’ll take half-formed ideas and run point—from scoping to launching to systematizing. You’ll eliminate bottlenecks, convert chaos into clarity, and protect the founder’s time while amplifying his impact.
Example Initiatives You Might Own
Research, scope, and execute a direct-to-consumer product launch
Build a short-list of institutional partners for a tapping-based clinical research study
Set up an AI-powered insight engine using app data, funnel feedback, and user testimonials
Work with Nick (CEO) to build and execute a “Founder’s Corner” media strategy with weekly personal content
Interview internal team leads, document key workflows, and build a founder dashboard to track priorities
Responsibilities
Strategic Execution: Take big, ambiguous ideas and turn them into outcomes
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across product, content, dev, ops, and vendors to move projects forward
Operational Infrastructure: Build and refine systems that scale
AI + Automation Integration: Use modern AI tools to solve problems faster and more creatively
CEO Prioritization + Leverage: Help the founder stay focused on highest-value work
You Might Be a Fit If You:
Have 5–10 years experience in operations, strategy, or founder-support roles
Can hold your own in a room with marketers, devs, copywriters, and researchers—and know when to push and when to listen
Have already implemented AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Airtable scripts, Notion AI, Zapier, etc.) to solve business problems
Love fast-moving, high-trust environments where initiative is required and handholding is rare
Are obsessed with getting things done, not just planning them
You’ll Love This Role If You:
Are entrepreneurial but don’t want to run your own company right now
Like being close to the founder, not buried in middle management
Want to help scale a mission-driven brand with real soul
Are always asking: “How can we do this better, faster, or smarter?”
I don't see why anyone would pay for what this startup does. You can easily build this yourself in 2 hours but serverless by double-dipping NextJS, Tailwind, Jest, Gatsby, Enzyme and Webpack on top of Kubernetes in a Docker VM on AWS.
