Then keep reading :)\nYour Mission:\n\nAs our Web3 Community Manager, you will play a role in driving our community engagement initiatives while executing strategic go-to-market campaigns within web3. This multifaceted role focuses on nurturing a vibrant community, executing web3 campaigns ("quests"), and establishing our presence in key markets within various web2 and web3 platforms such as X, Farcaster, Discord, etc...\n\nYour responsibilities include (but not limited to):\n\n\n* Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies across various platforms, including social media, forums, Farcaster, and Discord\n\n* Plan, coordinate, and manage quest campaigns to incentivize community involvement and attract new users\n\n* Propose and manage Discord ‘bounties’ such as quizzes, meme contests, AMAs, and weekly competitions to incentivize participation and attract new community members.\n\n* Provide Galxe (or other questing platforms) information and support the creation of competitions to boost engagement metrics.\n\n* Knowledgeable about organic and referral marketing and being able to create viral growth\n\n* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and participate in thought leadership activities\n\n* Create marketing and social media content (photos and videos) and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules\n\n* Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages\n\n* Monitor community sentiment and feedback, utilizing insights to inform campaign strategies and product improvements.\n\n* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure quests align with business objectives and product launches.\n\n* Analyze potential partnerships and sponsorships for maximum impact.\n\n\n\nYou bring with you:\n\n\n\n* Proven experience in community management and campaign execution within the web3 community\n\n* Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously\n\n* Experience with or understanding of both web 2 and web 3 analytics (Google Analytics/Defi Lama, etc..) or related tools\n\n* Being data-driven and kind of a data-geek: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics\n\n* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English, both in writing and speaking.\n\n* Basic working knowledge of Photoshop or Figma preferred\n\n* Experience working within a Project Management platform (i.e. Clickup)\n\n* The ability to thrive in fast paced team oriented environments along with the capability to work independently\n\n\n\n\nWe Offer:\n\nBitrefill believes in the freedom to work remotely and offering our employees flexibility.
