Your daily tasks will involve:\n\n* Assisting in the architecture and scalability planning of our wallet infrastructure.\n\n* Conducting security risk assessments and recommending mitigation strategies.\n\n* Developing integration plans for third-party systems and APIs.\n\n* Leading client onboarding sessions to ensure smooth adoption of our solutions.\n\n* Providing hands-on troubleshooting and debugging for client issues.\n\n* Customizing solutions to meet specific client needs and use cases.\n\n* Monitoring system performance and implementing performance optimization techniques.\n\n* Collaborating on cross-functional projects to enhance overall product functionality.\n\n* Preparing and presenting technical proposals to potential clients.\n\n* Offering post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.\n\n* Gathering client feedback to inform product development and enhancements.\n\n* Participating in technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.\n\n* Conducting competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.\n\n* Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.\n\n\nRequirements\n\n* 6+ years as a Solutions- or Forward-Deployed Engineer.\n\n* Proficient in Typescript programming (or equivalent).\n\n* Proven experience implementing and configuring APIs (RESTful, GraphQL).\n\n* Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.\n\n* Identifies and optimizes performance bottlenecks, implementing caching.\n\n* Knows how fault-tolerant backend systems work using microservices, serverless, and distributed computing.\n\n* Hands-on experience with AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, etc.\n\n* Deep understanding of technologies and trends relevant to the companyโs products and services.\n\n* Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their growth and development.\n\n* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\n\n* Strong documentation skills for creating technical manuals, user guides, and solution proposals.\n\n* Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients and internal teams.\n\n* Strong customer service focus, understanding and addressing client needs.\n\n* Experience in customizing solutions to meet client requirements and ensuring integration with existing systems.\n\n* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.\n\n* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams like sales, product development, and support.\n\n* Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.\n\n* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to advocate for ideas.\n\n* Entrepreneurial mindset with a professional demeanor.\n\n* [Bonus] Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are preferred.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
